My partner and I recently had our cat, inbali, diagnosed with Diabetes. It's been a stressful time, but our vet tech, Jenavey, made our recent visit as smooth as possible. They were very personable and fun to talk to, plus they took really good care of our girl, Inbali.

We started coming to fur and feather vet in 2021 because of an emergency visit for our bunny. We had to go in the evening and she was the only vet that was open after 8pm, treated exotic animals and didn’t charge after hour prices because they are open late everyday and on weekends, and they don’t charge emergency prices because they only offer day of services. You put yourself on the waiting list on your way in and you wait in your car until your turn. I can’t remember ever waiting more than an hour or two to be seen and that was because she was in emergency surgery. This is the best business model I have seen for a vet. I called 10 vets for an emergency visit for our dog and no one would see us nor were they accepting new patients for regular visits. I can’t express enough how thankful I am that we found her, she is worth the hour drive!

Great experience! Love the waitlist so we know when to head to the clinic. All staff were kind and helpful. They truly loved our dog as much as their own. We could hear them talking to our dog in the back and it warmed my heart to know she was being cared for and loved even in the back when no one would notice. Faustina was our amazing tech! Loved how comprehensive the exam and treatment was. So thankful for an after hours vet clinic that doesn’t charge ER prices. Everything was explained so week and my dog is doing so much better today!!!

I had to take my cat for an emergency check up. The staff were very helpful and went over treatment prices with me after he had gotten into some kind of chemical and gave me instructions on the healing process. I was very grateful they could help my baby! I paid $600 overall for one inflammatory, one antibiotic shot, an x-ray for his jaw (because I initially thought he had broken it somehow since it was hanging open and still wanted to make sure he was okay), and the medication for pain.

We always appreciate the care provided. Faustina is an amazing tech. She took her time answering our questions and followed up later in the day. She genuinely looked after Piggy with the care and love.

Another great appointment helping our babies. Jenavey was super helpful and did a great job explaining the medication.

Jenaley (sorry if I spelt that wrong) is awesome. She helped out our sweet Red dog and was very gentle with him. Thank yall so much.

Words do not even begin to express the gratitude I have for the Fur and Feathers Team. My baby boy is without a doubt our problem child, and has had multiple visits to see his friends here at FandF. He is always treated with the best of care, diagnostics and solutions. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you ❤️ Turbo loves yall!

Fur and Feather is a great clinic. Dr. Schiebe is so knowledgeable and kind- and our Vet Tech Jenavey was great. We are very happy with our experience at Fur and Feather.

Great experience at Fur and Feathers was great to me at my injured cat. Jenavey was awesome and explained treatment expenses with me before starting anything. No surprise at check out and it was less then I would have paid in San Antonio.

Everyone has always been so friendly. My technician Cortney was no exception. She was very informative and the whole team handles my cat well, even when she's causing a scene.

I really appreciate the convenient weekend hours this place offers not to mention I’m always seen pretty soon with a minimal wait time. The staff is always friendly. I’ve been now three times with two of my pups for various reasons and Cortney has been our technician twice. You can tell she loves animals and has patience. I appreciate that her and the staff are reassuring and answer my questions. I’d recommend visiting if an emergency comes up on the weekend when your normal vet may be closed.

Jade was very attentive and helpful when we had the cancer diagnosis for Scooby. Sadly he passed but she guided us through the process.

I’ve previously already left a good review when I visited the first time around a while back ago. But I’m updating it again today. I called today to see if my cockatiel could be seen today due to the fear of a URI may be trying to start. I just called them without warning and they told me to follow the online instructions to be seen. I did not live near them and got worried I would miss my appointment time frame and I was told not to worry about it and that I would be seen when I arrived. Just like last time- clinic was clean and staff was friendly. Jenavey was nice and patient. So was Dr. Scheibe with all my questions.

Every time here is a great experience! Faustina & the Vet were very helpful & gave me peace of mind that my dog FuzzButt was gonna be ok. We got treated quickly, kindly, & professionally. I also love checking in on the online waitlist. 5 stars ⭐️

One of our kitties (Rascal) was feeling poorly. We were pleasantly surprised to find a vet clinic open until 10 pm on a Sunday! The entire staff was terrific! Our vet tech was a young lady named Jenavey. She treated Rascal like he was her kitty.
Dr Scheibe was great. They made a stressful situation much better…

Huge thanks to Fur & Feather Family Vet for seeing me as a walk-in on a Sunday with my kitty Oreo, who had me very worried (turned out to be nothing serious—thankfully! 😅).
Vet tech Faustina was amazing—so gentle with Oreo and incredibly kind to me. She helped ease my mind and never made me feel silly for coming in over something minor.
Bonus: their prices were super affordable, which made the whole experience even better.
Grateful for the care, compassion, and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vet office open through the weekend also and has night time hours, too. They explain things well and Cortney, our tech is so very sweet and very helpful!

One of the few vets that sees pocket pets. Brought a sick guinea pig to them and we were seen right away, on site testing confirmed the illness, meds dispensed, and out the door quickly. Great vet!

This place is fantastic! They are open on the weekends, their prices are reasonable, and Jenavey was great. Couldn't ask for better service. We will be back.

Our experience here was awesome! This was our first time with our brand new puppy that was rescued and we didn’t know much about. Faustina made us feel comfortable and make great friends with Ekko. We will definitely be coming back! And nicest vet in town!

Faustina seemed very knowledgeable and worked hard to make our dog feel at ease for her exam. She and the veterinarian answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

Fur and Feather was great. Dr. Scheibe and technician Faustina were extremely gentle and knowledgeable when caring for my cat….Kiki. Kiki was able to recuperate quickly from his wounds and ear infection with the prescribed medication. Thank you for making my semi feral cat comfortable with your calm and compassionate manner.

This practice was very accommodating and pleasant. The accepted us right away and when we suspected our dog had heat exhaustion. They were pleasant and explained everything up front, pricing and expectations of care. I literally can't say enough good things.

We've taken our dog and cats to Fur and Feather Family Vet several times over the past few years. We were very pleased to find them because emergencies don't seem to happen during typical business hours. Every time we've gone, the staff have been very kind to us and to our pets. They've always been up front about possibly having to refer a pet out if the remediation that they've chosen doesn't work, but it's worked every time. We're thankful that they're here!

Amazing office. Great doctor and lovely Ms Cortney was our technician. Genuine , extremely caring, and knowledgeable veterinarian doctor and a team. My dog was diagnosed properly and he started feeling better less than 24 hours after his visit. I love them.

They were fantastic. My puppers was throwing up all day. It was very worry some. I called they got us in. Faustina was very sweet and very comforting. She was so attentive to my puppers. I am so grateful for everything they did today.

I am forever grateful to this team for saving my boy. He came in having a heat stroke and from the first point of contact, with the sweetest girl who sits at the front desk, I knew he was in great hands. She rushed him to the back and they began helping him immediately by putting him in the oxygen chamber. Words are not enough to express my gratitude! I wish I could remember the person's name who sits at the front desk, but aside from the vets helping my boy fight to cool off, she made our emergency experience the best it could have been. She communicated and updated us as often as she could and always made us feel comfortable to check in and ask anything we wanted. Truly so grateful we get to have our boy safe and sound thanks to every person part of the team who helped bring him back. I added a photo of Quinton, who they helped bring back to health ♥️

I had a wonderful experience at Fur and Feather Family Veterinary Clinic with my sweet girl, Rowan.

I want to specifically thank Faustina for taking such great care of us. She was extremely thorough—asking all the right questions to inform the vet and make sure Rowan’s needs were understood.

Faustina was also incredibly kind and even got Rowan a bowl of water with ice because she was thirsty.

I was very impressed with the overall service, especially on a Sunday afternoon.
